🤝 Meeting Etiquette: Let’s Keep Things Respectful and Productive
We’re a passionate community, and that’s a beautiful thing, but virtual meetings run best when we follow a few shared norms:
Keep it civil. Disagreement is fine—disrespect isn’t. Let’s keep our tone constructive and kind.
One voice at a time. Use the hand raise tool to avoid talking over each other. The moderator will call on folks in order.
Be mindful of time. Keep comments focused and concise so everyone has a chance to contribute.
Mute when not speaking. It helps reduce background noise and makes it easier to hear the current speaker.
Cameras on = more connection. No pressure, but seeing faces helps us all feel more present and engaged.
We’re here to build together—and a little courtesy goes a long way. Thanks for doing your part!
